Today, I decided to redesign and animate my friend's brand logo @ladeh_hairline_and_accessories 🙂
You should check her out. She's a specialist in making all kinds of Virgin/Graded hair,
handmade and machine-made custom hair, and body accessories.
So what's the thought process behind this?
Well, it wasn't anything too fancy, just a basic logo reveal that she could use on social media 😅
I thought about doing something relating to hair and beauty, but I figured it would be a little too excessive 🌚. I also didn't have the Illustrator file to work with. So the first step was tracing out the original JPEG logo in Illustrator.
Next, I imported the redesigned logo into After effects and tried a couple of different ideas.
Eventually ended up with two versions of the logo animation.
